Here we are sharing valuable exercise tips to help alleviate muscle tension caused by poor sitting and standing habits like slouching over, or arching your back!

Most of us suffer in some way or form from poor posture. Whether it be slightly or heavily we are all victims. Most people think that sitting or standing incorrectly is the result of most aches and pains, but infact research tells that stress is the most common cause of aches and pains!

 

Poor posture however is still a contributing factor for those aches and pains, and many people find that pains flare up after sitting or standing in a poor way, such as hunching over the work desk, or sitting uncomfortably for a long distance drive.
